If you are coming to Noosa on holiday or just visiting with friends make sure you try this most exhilarating activity. Bring along a friend or meet some new girl friends along the way.

We have Aussie male and female coaches who patiently help us through our first day. Most of the first lesson is held on the beach as we go through our practice drills just like dance class - conceptualising our cool surfing stance! We then make our way out to waist deep water and try our luck on the little white water waves to start. Our instructor is always in the water right next to us.

After twenty minutes water practice we take a water break and get to know the other members of our group. More often than not lasting friendships are born.

The key to our first lesson is moderation. So after a 10 minute break we go through our beach side repertoire a second time, then any queries are answered before we shoot back out there and ride our boards to the beach.
